    Returned again today because the best services and welcome in Pignan are execrable. I come to Montpellier to see real sales and service professionals. I found this saleswoman with a big smile and always a little word of sympathy. It's been a year since I returned to Montpellier, but the welcome is the same and I admit that it makes me want to buy and even come back and motivate others to go there. The products are excellent, the bakery is impeccably clean and the service is a real pleasure. Mr. Manager, above all, don't lose this saleswoman because she is part of that quality which highlights delicious products. When I go to this bakery, the smile is kindness too, I have finally found the meaning of customer service. Pure joy, the sales consultant (the Egyptian) is a woman's love, she advises you when you have difficulty choosing, she listens, she is patient, and at the same time always has a kind word, she recognizes you for this. which is appreciable when you are selling and above all the products are excellent, real pastries with taste, well prepared bread, in short I would like to have this welcome and this quality of products in Pignan!!! But in Pignan we are far from the mark! Nothing starting with the saleswomen, in particular the tall blonde lady in her fifties who selects her hellos and her smiles. Unfortunately, I am not allowed to do so. Damage ! So I took full advantage of the pleasant welcome at the baguette et chouquettes bakery in Montpellier. Thank you Montpellier, thank you to this saleswoman who only sells us happiness with a smile I think she will recognize herself I am the customer who moved to Pignan with her children

    I wanted to try this pastry after several positive reviews about them and what a nice surprise. I bought 3 small cakes this afternoon for a meal, all 3 were delicious and the price was very reasonable. I will come back with pleasure!

    A loyal customer for 2 years, I recommend this bakery to everyone. The products are always fresh, we enjoy it every time. The saleswomen in the morning are always very friendly, even during the rush always a smile and a kind word, which is not the case with other bakeries which want to be "upscale" and where the service is unpleasant and the products too expensive for what it is. Special mention for the croissants that I only eat there!

    The best bakery. Choice, quality products, generosity like we've never seen for absolutely unbeatable prices. We ordered a kingdom for 8 people......we were able to cut 15 beautiful slices for our guests, I can tell you that it had its effect!! Just like the praline kingdom for 4, which makes 8! The sandwiches are also very good, the marble and Paris Brest delicious! And the lovely staff... what more could you ask for? THANKS !

    I tried it for the first time through Deliveroo and was pleasantly surprised. Carefully packaged, everything arrived intact, and I was able to enjoy it this morning, as a snack, and this evening. I'll start the week off with a treat. I'm keeping this address for my next weekend cravings A little suggestion: I didn't see any apple turnovers, what a shame
